- What is the warranty on 3000/4000/3500 devices and what happens if a unit dies in the thirteenth month?
- Can devices be seasonally deactivated?
- What happens when a device is out of warranty and it fails?
- Can successive "next calls" be pushed to a Garmin, rather than an entire route being pushed at the same time?
- How long will I have access to reporting data?
- Will I be able to go back further if I need data from 6 months ago?
- Are there any plans to allow customers access to store their own data going back a longer period of time?
- What is the upper time threshold in which an alert can be configured for this alert?
- I would like to have GPS and Messaging to monitor my drivers activities and dispatch some stops and changes, however, the monthly expenses are too high for us right now.
- My drivers are paid based on the amount of time they are driving on the road. How can GPS tell me if they were wasting time by driving around aimlessly to add more time?
- Can I take a GPS unit out of a vehicle and move it to a new vehicle if we retire one of the trucks so we don't have to purchase a new one?
